Clinical Supervision

All supervision appointments are conducted remotely through secure video.

*Please note: My supervision caseload is currently full. In August 2026, I am opening up consultations for a few new supervisees; however, I will be working exclusively with newer graduates and no longer offering support for practicum students.*

Are you a newer therapist looking to deepen your clinical skills, use of self, and confidence in working with clients navigating complex trauma histories?

If so, I’d love to connect.

As a Registered Psychotherapist with independent practice status, a near-decade of clinical experience, and training in providing supervision, I meet the requirements to provide supervision for folks registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Association of Music Therapists (CAMT). My experience spans private practice, inpatient/residential treatment, community-based, and educational settings, where I’ve supported individuals with a wide range of diagnoses and presenting concerns.

Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to ongoing professional development and personal growth. My training includes approaches such as DBT, IFS, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, somatic, psycho-spiritual care, and music therapy, all of which I bring thoughtfully and intentionally into the supervision space. My work is deeply relational, intuitive, person-centred, trauma-focused, and de-pathologizing.

I’m passionate about supporting developing therapists in building skill, deepening reflective practice, and leaning into relational work.

Some important pieces we might tap into:

  • Biopsychosocial and risk assessment

  • Ongoing assessment in longer-term therapy

  • Case conceptualization and treatment planning

  • Integrating talk therapies with creative modalities (e.g., music, art, movement, drama)

  • Exploring the Self of the therapist

  • De-pathologizing practice

  • Leading with client inner wisdom

  • Working with transference and countertransference

  • Trauma-focused theory and practice

If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to reach out to book a free consultation!

Fee schedule (starting August, 2026):

  • 30-minute individual supervision check-ins: $80 per session

  • 60-minute individual supervision: $150 per session

  • 60-minute dyadic supervision: $80 per person, per session
