Psychotherapy is a meaningful and transformative process; it invites you to explore, deepen your self-understanding, and move toward a more fulfilling way of living.
Are you feeling stuck or disconnected, unsure how to come home to yourself—mind, body, and soul? Does the weight of the past make it difficult to engage in the world in a way that feels authentic or manageable?
You don’t have to navigate that alone.
In our work together, I strive to create a space that is safe, non-judgmental, and grounded in genuine human connection. Therapy, to me, is a relational process: two people coming together, building trust, and making sense of your experience. While I bring clinical knowledge and guidance, I deeply respect that you are the expert on your own life.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, incorporating talk therapy alongside creative practices when helpful. Together, we’ll work to understand the root of what you’re experiencing, develop meaningful goals, and build practical tools to support lasting change. I primarily work from a longer-term, depth-oriented lens, while also offering short-term support when that feels like the right fit.
I incorporate elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, Spiritually Integrated Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Somatic Therapy, and Addictions Counselling. I am grounded in a holistic, relational, and de-pathologizing perspective, with a focus on your inner resources and strengths as key drivers of growth and reclaiming identity. Music Therapy is also a core part of my work. For those who are interested, I offer opportunities to incorporate creativity into sessions, such as songwriting, lyric analysis, music listening, and music-based mindfulness.
