Public Speaking

I am currently available to book for fall of 2026 & winter of 2027.

Are you looking for a therapist to speak at your event or facilitate an engaging, experiential workshop?

Public speaking and workshop facilitation are areas I’m deeply passionate about. I’ve had the privilege of presenting in university classrooms, at community and charity events, as well as leading experiential workshops for a range of corporate and non-profit organizations.

Some of the topics I’ve presented on include:

  • The impact of music on mental health

  • Creative approaches to mindfulness

  • Creativity as a primary tool in addiction recovery

  • Arts-based tools for emotional well-being

  • Integrative approaches for complex trauma recovery

  • Experiential stress-reduction

If this aligns with what you’re looking for, I’d love to connect and design something specific to your needs! Feel free to reach out to book a complimentary consultation. Please note that speaking fees may vary depending on the scope of the event. Typically, rates include an hourly speaking fee, with additional considerations for preparation and travel.
